Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 2026
By signing in to Fugit you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Fugit does
Fugit connects to your Google Calendar and automatically creates and maintains Focus and Do Not Disturb blocks around your existing events, according to the preferences you set.
Your account
You’re responsible for the Google account you sign in with and for the settings you configure. Fugit writes events to and deletes events from the calendar you designate as primary; you can review, edit, or remove any of them in Google Calendar at any time, and you can disconnect Fugit whenever you like.
Availability
Fugit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. It depends on Google’s APIs and third-party hosting, and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. We aim to schedule your blocks reliably but do not guarantee that every block is placed or preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fugit and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed meetings, declined invitations, or scheduling outcomes arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the service. You may stop using Fugit and delete your data at any time from your settings. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
